• Call or email and provide the following information:
• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• City, state, zip code
• The category you will be applying for (education, debt, entrepreneurship or contributor)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Have been claimed Black or of African ethnicity your entire life.
• Have at least one parent born in the United States of Black or African decent.
